Q1. You can’t increase diversity and expect the industry to stay the same. How could increasing cultural diversity change GLAM for the better?
Q2. The census data suggests that GLAM is predominantly older, white, and female. If you don’t identify with this majority, do you feel your voice is heard in the workplace/at uni? Can you affect change if you want?
Q3. From your own experience, what do you feel the biggest barriers to increasing diversity in the GLAM sector might be?
Q4. ALIA suggested a target to double the number of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in the workforce. What needs to be done to achieve this?
